1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and a1777 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website at a1777.club, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out herein. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not access or use a1777.

a1777 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

a1777 supports a range of payment methods widely used in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the conditions outlined in this section.

Deposits

Deposits can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account within minutes under normal operating conditions. a1777 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit funds that genuinely belong to you.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the original deposit may require additional verification.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money balances unrelated to bonuses may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as detailed on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and requires the applicable wagering requirement rollover to be completed before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, cashed out directly without meeting the rollover, or used for purposes other than wagering on eligible games.

Bonus Abuse

a1777 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in voiding of bonuses and potential account suspension:

5. Gameplay Rules and Fairness

Bets and Outcomes

All bets placed on a1777 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming. In the event of a technical error during a game round, a1777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake. Decisions made by a1777 on disputed outcomes are final.

Cricket betting markets are subject to specific rules governing settlement, abandonment, rain interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments. These rules are published within the sportsbook interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with a1777 games or services.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using a1777's payment infrastructure.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Placing bets using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.

a1777 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies where required by law. Any suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on a1777.club — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of a1777 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any portion of the site's content without the prior express written permission of a1777. Unauthorised use of our content or trademarks may give rise to a claim for damages.

Third-Party Software

Games and certain features on a1777 may be powered by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

a1777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, or a written request by the account holder to close their account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met the required rollover will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. 11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
